Billing, cancellation & refunds

Current offer

  • Plans and prices are shown before checkout confirmation.
  • The selected plan renews automatically until canceled.
  • Taxes may apply. Checkout is the source of truth for whether a trial applies, the first charge and its timing, amount, and renewal cadence.
  • Ours does not charge solely because someone visits this page or leaves an unconfirmed checkout.

Cancellation

Cancel from Billing settings by opening the payment provider's portal. Before explicitly confirming checkout, review the displayed first-charge timing and cancel before the next renewal to avoid that renewal charge. A successful cancellation stops future renewal and shows the date through which access remains available. If the portal does not work, contact Support without sending card details.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, statutory cancellation rights, trial treatment, prorating, duplicate charges, and the request channel are pending owner and counsel approval. Ours will apply the approved policy consistently with payment configuration and applicable law. To ask about a charge, use Support and include the account email and charge date only. Never send a full card number, security code, password, or private relationship content.

Receipts and access

Subscription status, renewal date, and cancellation state appear in Billing settings when available. Payment processing is handled through the configured payment provider; Ours does not intend to receive or store full payment-card numbers. Confirm production configuration before launch.
