Terms
Terms of Service
These plain-language terms describe the current product. Owner and counsel review is required before publication as final legal terms.
Using Ours
Ours is a communication and reflection tool for couples. Use accurate account information, protect login details, and report unauthorized access. Ours is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, or a guarantee of relationship results.
Content and partner sharing
You keep rights you already have in content you submit. You give Ours the limited permission needed to host, store, process, display, and deliver that content to operate requested features. Do not submit content you do not have permission to share. Your partner may see content when the applicable reveal or sharing rule permits it. Content may remain available to the other partner after account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Prohibited use and availability
Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, surveil, exploit, or expose another person; upload unlawful or harmful material; interfere with the service; or bypass access controls. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable. Exact suspension, warranty, liability, dispute, governing-law, and venue terms require counsel approval.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Plans and prices are shown before checkout confirmation. The selected plan renews automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply. Checkout is the source of truth for whether a trial applies, first-charge timing, amount, cadence, and required disclosures. Ours does not charge solely because someone visits the site or leaves an unconfirmed checkout. Cancel through the billing portal linked from Billing settings before the next renewal; if you cannot access it, use Support.
Refunds and changes
Refund eligibility, statutory rights, prorating, duplicate charges, and the refund request process must match the published Refund Policy, payment configuration, and applicable law. Do not send payment-card details. The owner must add approved legal identity, effective date, eligibility age, jurisdiction, and final legal provisions before launch. We may update these terms by posting a revised version.
